Cocktail of the Month: Beacon of Light

Keep the fire burning because we teamed up with Richard Allison of Root Bitters to bring you another cocktail themed around the Look Out.

With Rum, Cognac, a pinch of ginger cinnamon, and apple, The Beacon of Light will either keep you safe at home or keep you company at sea.

Fun fact: Towers are given different colors and patterns. Diamonds, spirals and stripes.

Ingredients: 

1 oz of Dark Rum 

1 oz of Cognac 

.75 Cinnamon Bark Syrup 

.25 Ginger Syrup 

.75 oz lime Juice 

Dash of Angostura Bitters 

Garnish:

Hollowed out lime filled with 151 and dusted with Cinnamon. Sliced apple.
