The SEM specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management of online marketing and traffic generating programs. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to execute channel mix, campaigns, and promotions to meet sales and profitability objectives. Will use analytics tools to maximize site revenue, performance and customer satisfaction. This role adds value by increasing the capacity to execute more marketing programs and campaigns on a timely basis, uncover data insights that improve the performance of the platform or campaigns and drive the projects timeliness and documentations. Leverage our corporate tools and technology to create and measure content assets such as landing pages, social media, online advertising and CTA. Assist in managing key marketing projects by developing timelines and maintaining project documentation.

What You Will Be Doing:
Hands-on management of day-to-day online marketing programs including SEO, PPC, affiliate relationships, comparison shopping engines, display advertising and email.
Provide detailed marketing program analysis, budgeting and reporting. Measure and report results
Use analytical and reporting tools including third party, internal systems and data warehouse tools to assess online site and program metrics. Use findings to optimize or propose optimizing site features, site revenue, customer satisfaction and program success
Demonstrate a data-driven decision making competency for online marketing planning and execution to deliver on marketing and business objectives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (eCommerce, creative, merchandising, inventory and IT) to determine, test and validate, and implement features and functionality that support online marketing and sales objectives
Strong understanding of online marketing and site merchandising concepts, strategy and best practice
Monitor online marketing, program trends and emerging technologies
A strong sense of creativity, the ability to know what looks good and what’s in style
What You Need For this Position:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, internet technologies or online marketing which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience with PPC/SEO, Google Analytics/Google Adwords
Strong analytical, critical thinking and project management skills. Understanding of analytic and reporting tools.
Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Ability to work cross-functionally and multi-task. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a quickly changing environment.
